The Ageing Myth by Dr. Joseph Chang marks a new era in the anti ageing Industry, giving us a new Tecnhology that targes ageing from both the inside and the outside

“What I want people to know after reading the book is the fact that genes are in a dynamic environmnt – they are not static”, says the author of the new book “The Ageing Myth”, Dr. Joseph Chang. The book has become a bestseller in New York Times and many more great American newspapers. In other words, says Dr. Chang, you can influence the gene expression for age related gene clusters and bring them back to their more useful state.

Dr. Joseph Chang is Chief Scientist at the Utah based Nu Skin Enterprises and has been leading the development of the so called ageLOC Technology. “With an ageLOC approach we can actually reset gene expression in such a way that these genes are behaving in a more youthful manner,” continues Dr.Chang.

Another scientist, Dr. Bas Nair, who is a member of Nu Skin’s Scientific Advisory Board, explains in a TV interview that Nu Skin’s scientists have identified four Youth Gene Clusters which control the ageing process of the skin. And even more excitingly, continues Dr. Bas Nair, the same Technology can also be used
for the inside which is Nutrition, because the ageing of the skin comes from both the outside and the inside.

Dr. Chang explains in another TV interview with Dr. Ben LO M.D. that in line with Nu Skin’s 27 year long tradition of innovation, “the Company has reached a point that if we are truly committed to developíng meaningful anti ageing products, whether they be for the skin or for the rest of the body, we are really talking about trying to find and locate the sources of ageing, rather than just covering up the signs of ageing.”

And Dr.Chang claims that Nu Skin has found those sources of ageing with its ageLOC approach.

The ageLOC Technology has been developed in an exclusive partnership with a BioTech Company called Life Gen Technologies, which was founded by two scientists, one, Dr. Richard Weindruch, who is a Doctor of Medicine, the other, Dr. Thomas Prolla, who is a Professor of Genetics. Together, they bring more than 30 years of Genetic research into ageLOC.

“Nu Skin can now use their knowledge and their 30 years of experience to decide which genes to focus on. And this knowledge is not available to our competitors”, Dr. Chang proudly explains.

He goes on to say that the future of ageLOC is extremely bright. So bright, that even Dr. Chang himself dare not foresee what future discoveries will bring to the anti ageing industry. But he is quite certain that the future will see many more new benefits coming to the consumers from the ageLOC Technology.
